U. L. Coleman Companies promoted Ashley Penrod to Asset Management Analyst and Olivia Page to Accounts Payable Clerk. Ashley is the Asset Management Analyst at U. L. Coleman Companies and joined the company in September 2016 as the Asset Management Specialist. She works in the Asset Management department with acquisitions, developments, and other research, preparing market research reports, assisting with pro-formas and opinions of value, and analysis of real estate transactions in support of the company’s business growth. Olivia is the Accounts Payable Clerk, responsible for various accounting operations of the company, including maintaining property invoices and payments, bank reconciliations, and monthly and quarterly accounting reports for select properties. Olivia joined the U. L. Coleman team as an Accounting Intern in December 2016.
