Kenneth Abreo, MD, FASDIN, Vice Chair of the Department of Medicine and Chief of the Nephrology Section at LSU Health Shreveport, was recently honored as a Lifetime Achievement Award Recipient from the American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology (ASDIN) at its 15th Scientific Meeting in Atlanta.
The mission of the American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology is to promote excellence in dialysis access care to improve outcomes for patients with kidney disease. Dr. Abreo was presented this award in recognition of his overall contribution to interventional nephrology.
