Nominations open for 2018 LSU 100

BATON ROUGE – Applications for the eighth annual LSU 100: Fastest Growing Tiger Businesses, hosted by LSU Executive Education, are now open. Nominations and applications can be found at lsu100.com.

The LSU 100 is a highly competitive program that identifies, recognizes and celebrates the 100 fastest growing Tiger-owned or Tiger-led businesses in the world. In addition to celebrating the success of the honorees, the LSU 100 provides a forum to pass lessons on to the next generation of LSU entrepreneurs.

Anyone may nominate a company for the LSU 100. Individuals may nominate themselves, colleagues, clients or former classmates. The nominator’s information is not made public. Nominations and applications must be submitted by May 31, 2018.

To be eligible to be included in the LSU 100, companies must meet the following criteria:

  • Must have been in business for five years or more as of Dec. 31, 2017
  • Must have revenues of $100,000 or more in each of the calendar years from 2015 – 2017
  • Must be led or owned by a LSU graduate for the program time frame of Jan. 1, 2015 – Dec. 31, 2017
  • The Tiger Leader and company must act with high integrity and operate in a manner consistent with the values and image of LSU

Postlethwaite and Netterville, or P&N, serves as the official accounting firm of the LSU 100. All financial information collected during the process remains confidential. P&N will share the 2018 LSU 100 list with LSU Executive Education in August.

On behalf of LSU, LSU Executive Education hosts the event and serves as the primary point of contact for all operations and development. The 2018 LSU 100 partners thus far include Postlethwaite & Netterville. In-kind donations provided by Gatorworks.

The 2018 LSU 100 Gala will be held on Friday, Nov. 16 in Baton Rouge.
